1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Australia only. Delivery to countries or regions outside Australia is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Orders of 89.99 AUD or more, including 89.99 AUD, qualify for free shipping. Orders below 89.99 AUD are charged a flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD.
3. Taxes
All product prices include applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
4. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 18:00 are processed starting from the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 are processed starting from the next day. If the processing start time falls on a rest day, it will be postponed to the next working day.
5. Order Processing Time
After payment is completed, orders will be processed within 1 to 3 working days. Processing includes order verification, packing, and dispatch arrangement.
6. Transit Time
The estimated overall transit time is 5 to 9 working days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier operations, and regional differences.
7. Carriers
We may use one of the following carriers depending on practical delivery arrangements: DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
8. Order Tracking
After dispatch, tracking information will be sent by email. You can use the tracking number provided to check the shipment status and follow the delivery progress.
9. Responsibility Statement
We will provide valid shipment information after an order is dispatched. Delays, returns, or additional handling caused by incorrect address details, incorrect contact information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts due to unavailability of the recipient are the responsibility of the recipient. For delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as severe weather or transport disruptions, we will assist with communication and coordination where possible, but we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from such delays.
10. Receipt And Inspection
Please check the outer packaging upon delivery. If there is visible damage or any irregularity, please confirm with the carrier before signing and contact us promptly. Once the parcel is signed for, it will be considered received in normal condition.
